By creating an account or using Grace Adventures, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Parents and church staff create their own accounts; children's information is entered by a parent or by trusted church staff with parental consent.
Keep your PIN private. You're responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect your PIN has been compromised, ask your church admin to reset it via Members > your profile > Reset PIN.
You keep ownership of any photos or notes you upload. By posting them in Grace Adventures you grant your church organization a license to display them in the app's timeline to parents within the same organization. You may remove your own posts, or delete your account to remove all content you've uploaded.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete my account. Deletion permanently removes your records, your children's records, and your attendance history. It cannot be undone.
We aim to keep the app available but make no uptime guarantees. The backend is hosted on shared hosting and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or due to issues outside our control.
Grace Adventures is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. The app helps your church run kids' events; it doesn't replace a leader's direct responsibility for the safety of children in their care.
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above and notify you in the app the next time you sign in if changes are material.
